Executive summary

With over 17 years in Liechtenstein’s financial industry, Nadja has built an extensive background in both client services and HR. After seven years in onshore/offshore account opening at a private bank, she moved internally to HR Administration in 2015. Alongside her professional roles, Nadja earned Federal Diplomas as a Leadership Specialist and HR Assistant, followed by a Federal Diploma as an HR Specialist (specialising in HR Management). From 2019 onwards, she worked in human resources development, focusing on Learning & Training / Change & Development / Talent, Learning & Culture.

Since July 2025 she works at BDO (Liechtenstein) AG, combining her administrative expertise with HR responsibilities.
