Christian Wolf

Christian Wolf studied electrical engineering at ETH Zurich (Dipl.Ing.ETH). He then transferred to the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he graduated with a degree in information and technology management (lic.oec.HSG). He then worked for four years at McKinsey & Company as a project manager on both national and international consulting mandates in various industries. In 2001, he founded his first consulting firm. He is co-founder of InnovationsGruppe Liechtenstein AG (private venture capital investment company) and the Liechtenstein Business Plan Competition. In the following years, he focused on advising SMEs. While working, he attended the master's programme in Micro & Nanotechnology at ETH Zurich, which he successfully completed in 2007 (MSc ETH). From 2007 to 2023, he was a part-time Innosuisse start-up coach accredited by the Swiss Confederation. He is co-founder of the Investor Summit Liechtenstein and the Business Angel Club Liechtenstein and is involved in several start-ups. From 2007 to 2013, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Telecom Liechtenstein AG, serving as Chairman of the Board from 2011 onwards. From early 2017 to late 2024, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liechtenstein Marketing. In 2019, he successfully completed an online certificate course at Oxford University in Blockchain Strategy and a certificate course in Blockchain and FinTech at the University of Liechtenstein. 

Christian Wolf has many years of experience in numerous industries, including IT, telecommunications, financial services and healthcare. His areas of expertise include strategy development, company establishment and expansion, corporate finance and valuation, M&A, succession solutions, and restructuring/reorganisation. In recent years, he has also specialised in FATCA/AIA/AStA, due diligence (AML/KYC) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
