Ramize Iseni

Ramize Iseni completed the Master’s programme in Management and Law at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) in 2022. In parallel, she deepened her interest in compliance-related topics and successfully obtained the CAS in International Competition Law, Regulation and Compliance in October 2021. She was able to apply and further expand the knowledge acquired during her studies in her role as a Compliance Officer at one of the largest banks in Liechtenstein. Her responsibilities included ensuring adherence to regulatory due-diligence obligations, particularly in the areas of transaction monitoring, risk assessment, sanctions and AML screening, as well as performing internal control system (ICS) checks. As part of the digitalisation process, she was also responsible for developing and delivering internal compliance training. Ongoing professional development and continuous learning are especially important to her.

Since November 2025, Ramize Iseni has been working as a Compliance Consultant at BDO (Liechtenstein) AG, where she supports clients in the financial sector.
