Eszter Barkow completed her studies of Business Administration in the special field of Accounting at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, in 1998. Subsequently she worked in the auditing divisions of Andersen in Budapest, and later of Deloitte member firms in Budapest, Frankfurt am Main and Zurich. She obtained the diploma of Certified Public Accountant in Hungary in 2007. In addition, she was granted licence as Certified Public Accountant in Germany (2011) and Switzerland (2018).
Eszter Barkow can look back on more than 20 years of experience in auditing in Switzerland, in Germany and in Hungary, especially in international corporations applying national accounting standards and IFRS, and she also served SME companies and non-profit foundations. Sie worked at a trust company in Switzerland for a year. She is a member of EXPERTSuisse.
She joined BDO (Liechtenstein) AG in July 2023 as Senior Manager.
